How to Apply

Apply the cream using overlapping circular motions to activate blood circulation and help the product penetrate deeper into your skin. Always apply from the bottom up using upward motions in the direction of the venous blood flow: from the knees to the thighs, the elbows to the shoulders, the buttocks to the waist. For the best results, apply twice daily. Wash your hands after application.
